Welcome to the Little Chess Champs Partner Program (“Program”).
By applying to join the Program, you (“Partner”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, please do not participate.
1️⃣ Eligibility
To join the Program, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate personal information
- Have a valid email address and payment method
We may approve or reject applications at our discretion.
2️⃣ Partner Account
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials secure
- All activity under your account
- Ensuring shared links and coupon codes are used properly
False identity, fraud, or misuse may result in termination.
3️⃣ Commission & Payments
Partners earn 10% commission on every successful enrollment made through:
- Referral link, OR
- Coupon code
Commissions are paid monthly after:
- Payment validation
- Fraud checks
- Invoice/account approval
Minimum payout threshold: ₹1,000 INR & USD 100 (Outside India)
Partners may be required to submit:
- Proof of identity
- Tax details
- Bank information
4️⃣ Customer Discount
Partners may offer customers a 10% discount via approved coupon codes.
Discount rates are subject to change with notice.
5️⃣ Refunds & Chargebacks
If a customer receives a refund or chargeback:
- Commission related to that sale will be reversed
- Future earnings will be adjusted
If the commission has already been paid, you may be notified of deduction from next cycle.
6️⃣ Prohibited Activities
You may NOT:
- Mislead customers
- Make false claims
- Promote illegal content
- Use spam or mass unsolicited messaging
- Bid on Little Chess Champs trademarks in ads
- Use the Program for self-purchases
Violation may result in immediate termination.
7️⃣ Sales & Marketing
All marketing must:
- Be honest
- Respect copyright
- Respect brand guidelines
- Avoid harassment or pressure tactics
Marketing support materials may be provided.
8️⃣ Taxes
Partners are responsible for reporting and paying applicable taxes on commission earnings.
9️⃣ Relationship
Partner participation does NOT:
- Create employment
- Create agency
- Create joint venture
- Create franchise
Partner is an independent promoter.
🔟 Account Termination
Little Chess Champs may suspend or terminate accounts due to:
- Fraud
- Abuse
- Violation of terms
- Inactivity
- Legal request
Partner may request closure anytime.
1️⃣1️⃣ Intellectual Property
All Platform content, branding, materials, images, and course contents remain property of Little Chess Champs.
Partners may not:
- Modify
- Copy
- Sell
- Reproduce course content
1️⃣2️⃣ Liability
Little Chess Champs is not responsible for:
- Loss of income
- Loss of data
- Business interruption
- Product expectations
- Technical issues
Partner participation is voluntary.
1️⃣3️⃣ Changes to Terms
We may update Terms at any time.
Continuing in the Program means you accept new Terms.
