REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases of digital learning programs, subscriptions, and access-based content sold by Little Chess Champs (“we”, “our”, “us”).

Because our products are digital and accessible immediately upon purchase, refunds are limited and subject to the terms below.

1️⃣ Digital Product Nature

All purchases made through Little Chess Champs provide digital content and access to our learning platform.
Once access is delivered, the customer is considered to have consumed the product.

2️⃣ Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved within 7 days of purchase only if the customer:

  • Has not completed more than 10% of course content
  • Has not downloaded certificates
  • Submits a written request to [email protected]
  • Provides order information

All refund approvals are at the discretion of Little Chess Champs management.

3️⃣ Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • More than 7 days have passed
  • Customer has accessed more than 10% of the content
  • Customer purchased through a partner or using a discount
  • Customer requests a refund after using coupon-based pricing
  • Customer shares login access with others
  • Customer is unable to commit time to learning
  • Customer claims dislike of content
  • Customer made errors entering email or phone number

4️⃣ Replacement Access

In case of login or access issues, we will:

  • Validate account
  • Reissue login
  • Extend access period when reasonably necessary
    Instead of refunding.

5️⃣ Chargebacks

Any chargeback request issued to a bank or credit card company without first contacting us will:

  • Terminate access immediately
  • Reverse partner commission
  • Trigger account review

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal claim recovery.

6️⃣ Partner Commission & Refunds

If a purchase is refunded:

  • Partner commission related to that sale will be reversed
  • If commission already paid, the amount will be adjusted in next payout
    Partners cannot claim earnings for refunded orders.

7️⃣ Cancellation of Subscription (If Applicable)

For recurring subscription plans:

  • Future renewals may be cancelled anytime
  • No refunds for previous billing cycles

8️⃣ Events & Workshops

Fees paid for events, camps, or workshops are non-refundable.
